  I went to Walmart in Clermont FL to visit their vision center and the representative in there was not professional and basically told me I would have to come back at another time. I explained I was traveling and needed to get another frame as I accidentally fell asleep in my glasses and the frame cracked a few days ago when I was getting over a flu, but she still did nothing and acted like she did not care at all. There was no one else in the vision center so I walked out. I looked up another Walmart and went to the Vision center in Haines City FL 30min away as that was the next closest. The lady (Jeannie) there was extremely nice when I called and explained my situation. She said to come on in and she will see what she could do in finding me a new frame for my lenses. She also thanked me when I got there for still coming to a Vision center and not another place. I told her I didn't know where else to go because I'm not from Florida. I was able to purchase a new frame thanks to her.
